I’m Melanie – reliable, organized, and dedicated to giving you the freedom to focus on what matters most.
I’m 49 years old, married, and a mother of two wonderful children. I live in the beautiful Sauerland region of Germany – a place where nature, calm, and clarity shape my everyday life. These qualities are reflected in my work: structured, dependable, and always focused on what truly matters.
After completing my training as an industrial management assistant in 1999, I found my professional home in accounting – and have remained passionate about it ever since.
Over 25 years of professional experience have shown me how valuable reliable behind-the-scenes support truly is. In August 2025, I finally took the step to fulfill my dream: becoming a self-employed Virtual Assistant.
Today, I support entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, and small businesses in making their daily work easier, more structured, and more efficient – with dedication, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors in nature, traveling, reading a good book, or baking – always surrounded by my family.
